| US Shipping Information
|
|
Because of another increase in postal rates, effective May 10, 2009 US and APO shipping will cost a flat 4 dollars or less. Smaller, lightweight orders will be charged either $2 or $3.
The carrier will be of our choosing, Fed Ex Ground, UPS, or USPS.
When you choose Second Day or Next Day Shipping we will automatically add $30 for Second Day and $50 for Next Day Shipping in the shopping cart. We will reduce the amount charged to you to the amount we actually pay for shipping your order.
UPS delivery times are Monday through Friday, business days only. (excluding holidays.) UPS does not move or deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday from our area. We have no Saturday UPS pickup in our area.
Our cutoff time for expedited UPS shipping is 12:00pm.
All orders received after noon will be shipped the next business day.

| International Shipping

| You will be charged the exact Global Priority rate. We will email you with the exact amount of your shipping charges before shipping. We do not add any handling charges.

| When will my order be shipped?
|
| We will make every effort to ship your order quickly. 80% of all orders are shipped within 24 hours.
If there is an unusual delay, we will notify you by email.

| Returns:

| We will be happy to refund money, or exchange an item, in the event of defect or damage. The item(s) must be returned in original condition. Shipping is not refundable.
|

| Lost Items:
|
|
|
| If an item is lost in the mail due to an error of ours or of the carrier, we will replace the item or refund the money paid.
We are unable to refund/replace items missing due to a customer error. Please be sure that the information entered in the shipping address portion of the checkout cart is correct. The shipping label will print exactly what is entered by a customer.

For checks and money orders, please print the order, and mail it to us with payment.
